There’s another win in the FOOD BABE category.. People hate this lady. I don’t.. anything to add less ingredients to food is a win in my book..

Why do so many people dislike Vani Hari? Really, the 'food babe' is on to something.. she has an army behind her that wants to purify food.. and she and her gang of rebels is taking it to 'the man' to stop their normal practices. There is something pretty amazing here.. there are changes that can occur from the ground up.. People can make a difference. Some hate Hari because they say she lacks a degree and also knowledge. But others, lots of others, proclaim her greatness and honesty.
And really, who is against food becoming more pure.. with less ingredients.

Did General Mills REALLY NEED this chemical in their food to make it better? If they are taking it out, what is the difference?
I think anything to give food less ingredients is better. I think any progress on simplifying what we eat is good.
It seems that food companies and big agri are against her. So ... why not be for her?

Is she wrong on some stuff? Probably. So what.

Is she right on lots? Yep.
Did you really need BHT in your morning meal? If General Mills us taking out, probably not.

Next up? Who knows.. seems like she's scouring ingredients to find the health criminal. And the army will act accordingly..
