That feeling as you look to the stars..

You know you get it.. those quiet moments, deep in a pensive state of mind, when you're peering off of the planet earth into the night sky. If you have a smog free view, the stars are endless. They go on forever.. never ending zones of planets and universal history before you eyes. So many that you lose count as you try to see them all..

You feel small..
You feel tiny.
You feel finite as you stare at the infinite.

We all have been there.

But we have been told since our school days (and if you're still in school) that there's not much around us.. that we may be alone. That the belief in alien life is a foolish enterprise regulated to those who are conspiracy folk that wear tin foil hats in basements.

And then some real science comes along, like this: The notion that the Milky Way galaxy may have billions of planets in a habitable zone.. say again: Billions.

Billions.

Just think about the consequences of that, as you read this. As you read my words, my meaningless words that will never be read by more than .00000000001% of the universe's population.. my words that really, in the end, don't matter a hill of beans..

And this study, scientific in nature, doesn't matter either when considering the consequences of billions of planets that could have life--at least one in a billion, right?

If we are here, others may be too..
If life is here, life is there, too..

Why are we special?
Well.. quite frankly...
WE'RE NOT.

If life is there,
RELIGION IS DEAD
SCIENCE IS UPENDED
POLITICS IS USELESS
MONEY IS GARBAGE
LIFE IS PRECIOUS.

The future is coming.. one little inkling of disclosure at a time.............
