Greenland wasteland

Suddenly, lakes are vanishing in Greenland.. Scientists, media source tell us, are perplexed at the situation..

LAKES IN GREENLAND MYSTERIOUSLY DRAIN!?   Scientists say that they are baffled–as would be anyone–at the sudden vanishing lakes in Greenland..

Get this: One lake was so large that a mile-wide crater was left behind after it was drained in the span of a few weeks. Another sub-glacial lake has been filled and emptied twice in the last two years..

Keep in mind, this is BILLIONS OF GALLONS of water we are talking about.

One scientist quoted on the matter, Ian Howat, a professor at Ohio State University, said that the outcome of this study has 'catastrophic' findings.. .. he told ABC news,

The draining of the lake may be showing us that the plumbing system under the ice is changing because more water is melting from the surface and flowing into it

There are very valid fears that some of the 80% of ice that seals Greenland frozen may melt into the ocean if climate change continues to accelerate ..  At that point, anything is on the table. Don't you think?

The deep interior of the ice seems to be changing..
