This true crime story is beyond the pale

This is horrible.. sick. No words can describe my rage I internally feel when I read this.. nothing I can type accurate represents the amount of hatred I have for the two disgusting pieces of filth that tortured and killed an innocent child.. Nothing, absolutely nothing, can be said that you aren’t already thinking..

From WPVI: 

Authorities say they beat Scott to death using homemade weapons, like a whip, a curtain rod, and an aluminum strip.

Police say Tait explained that the fatal beating began when the boy wouldn’t eat his breakfast.

Hogan said, “Little Scotty McMillan is dead. Over a three day period … he was systematically tortured and beaten to death. He was punched in the face and in the stomach. He was scourged with a homemade whip. He was lashed with a metal rod. He was tied to a chair and beaten. He was tied upside down by his feet and beaten. His head was smashed through a wall.”

Even worse:

FROM NBC PHIL: A mother’s boyfriend tortured a 3-year-old boy to death, hanging him upside down by his feet, striking him with a whip, taping him to a chair and beating him so badly that when he finally wound up in the emergency room nurses “wept,” according to Chester County prosecutors. »

This news is so hard to stomach.. I contend that most people should not even read the news article.. I actually think, to save your sense of decency for the day, avoid this article until you’re ready to delve into the demonic nature of it..

Authorities in the area quoted by the Philly station say they have never seen a case of child abuse and murder like this..
People wouldn’t treat rodents this bad.

I often contemplate whether a God truly exists.. I hope in this circumstance one does. I want a God to be able to take the innocent child, who simply did not eat breakfast, and enter a kingdom of amazing and good things. 

But a story like this, all kidding aside, convinces me less of a God and more of an evil presence in our world.. Systematically destroying innocence and taking goodness from the crust of the planet, tossing it into eternal wastelands..

I said at the onset I have few words to describe my rage on this story.. and then I went on to write all of this. 

But you did not see how many times I erased entire paragraphs.. I don’t want to sink to a level I cannot come back from.

I will simply say this..I am so often anti-death penalty. But for trailer park scumbags of this nature, I may look the other way..
