Bright night light shines in California and Arizona skies; multiple witnesses and news accounts

There is bright lights over big and smal cities along the left coast tonight..

Multiple witnesses on Saturday evening reported seeing an unexplained light in the skies above Southern California.

Residents reported seeing the bright phenomenon in Anaheim, Temecula, Rancho Palos Verdes and Santa Monica.

Several speculated that the object may have been a rocket. Others suggested it may have been a comet or other celestial occurrence.

“Light seen in OC sky was confirmed through JWA tower to be a Naval test fire off the coast,” the Orange County Sheriff’s Department said on Twitter, referring to John Wayne Airport in the city of Orange. No other details were given

Further reports originally indicated that military officials claimed no rocket launches have occurred .. But then that changed as countless Twitter images showcased the blue light over the state.. 

Now it appears that a Navy rocket launch may have occurred, according to the latest information.. 

   
 Meanwhile, more images are trickling in of the blue aura over California and Arizona.. . Not a meteor. Not a comet. But maybe the Navy.
